Dealer F&I managers are replying on financing tools to accommodate new car buyers on a payment budget. LB24 is desired because it is a conservative balloon loan that offers a low payment and training instructions for repeat customers. A win-win process that works! Twenty-four (24) months prior to loan maturity the customer is invited to visit the dealer and trade-in for a new car upgrade. At loan maturity, the customer is treated like a lease client and asked, “would you like to trade-in, turn-in or keep your vehicle?”.
