Hidden from view, did you know that the dealer BDC staff helps to manage internet traffic, phone calls, appointment setting and repeat sale efforts? The goal of BDC is to set up customer showroom visits that will lead to a sale. LB24 is the perfect BDC fit.

#1 The first opportunity begins 24-months prior to loan maturity when the amortization and market value converge (see graph). With no negative equity, the BDC staff will invite the customer to stop-in, select a replacement vehicle and pay-off the LB24 “trade-in”.

#2 Second opportunity is 120 days prior to loan maturity. The BDC staff will treat the customer a lease client and ask, “The End is near - would you like to trade, turn-in or keep your vehicle?”
This team effort ensures that both the lender and dealer keep the customer in front of the repeat sale/loan process to increase revenue and customer loyalty.
